Through Yoga Nidra, reflection, and integration, you are invited to meet what is present, recognize what still feels true, and allow a clearer direction to emerge from within.

The work is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to yourself with more honesty, steadiness, and love.

Hi.

Often we can sense if something in our lives does not feel fully true anymore.

There may be something that wants to be changed, or there may be a deeper calling.

Even if we start to listen inside, the answers may not always be fully true straight away.

And then, when we sense what we want to create in our lives, it takes courage to go for it.

To choose it.
To allow ourselves to create the life that we truly want.

I believe that the right questions can open something within us.

A space in which more honesty is possible, and from where the right answers can start to give us direction.

When you work with me, I offer a space of rest, of inner steadiness, and of awareness.

Through Yoga Nidra and guided reflection, you are invited to listen more deeply.

To what your heart wants.
To what no longer feels true.
And to what may be ready to be changed in your life.

The first step is an Exploration Session.

It is a space to pause, to reflect, and to look at where you are in your life right now.

And from there, something can begin to become clearer.

Sometimes that clarity is already enough.

First Step

Exploration Session

The Exploration Session is a standalone guided experience and a meaningful first step into this work.

Over approximately 75 minutes, we move through Yoga Nidra, 2 to 3 carefully chosen inquiry questions, and integration around one central orientation: Where am I right now in my life?

It is not a teaser or a reduced version of the Path. It is a complete space for arrival, clarity, and first contact with what is true. Its focus is distinct from the Soul, Body, and Mind arc of the full Life in Love Path, though it may naturally open the way into that deeper journey.

The Life in Love Path

If you are ready to go further, the Life in Love Path offers a deeper guided process through Soul, Body, and Mind.

It is a fuller container for those who want time, continuity, and space for deeper inquiry and integration. Rather than a single point of orientation, it becomes a longer arc of listening, clarifying, and living what becomes true.

If the Exploration Session opened a real door, the full process is the space to walk through it.

This part explores imprint, conditioning, emotional memory, protection, adaptation, and the lived history held in your system.

This part looks at identity, self-image, beliefs, inner structure, and the way you are relating to life in the present.

Online sessions allow you to remain in your own safe space, undisturbed and supported by familiar surroundings.

In-person sessions may be possible when place, timing, and circumstances naturally support it.

The journey unfolds across 8 private sessions, each building on the one before it.

Each inquiry session begins with Yoga Nidra, creating space before questions are introduced and reflection begins.

Between those sessions, we meet again for integration – to stay with what emerged, notice patterns, and let insight become more lived.

When supportive, simple reflective or embodied practices may be suggested between sessions.

This is not about being told who you are. It is about creating the conditions to see more clearly for yourself.

Within the Full Path

Personalized Yoga Nidra

One part of the full Life in Love Path is the creation of a personalized Yoga Nidra recording based on your own process.

This recording draws from your insights, affirmations, and inner direction. Its purpose is to help anchor what has become clear, strengthen inner alignment, and support the realization of what feels true and meaningful in your life.

You receive it as a personal practice to return to in your own time, allowing the process to continue beyond the sessions themselves.

What becomes clear here rarely ends with the final session. It continues quietly in the life you return to, often unfolding in its own time.

How I Hold This Work

This work is held with care, sincerity, and respect for your own process.

It is not about fixing, pressure, or performance. It is about creating a space in which something real can be seen, felt, and lived.

I do not position myself as someone who tells you who you are or what your life should be. My role is to help create the conditions in which your own deeper truth becomes more accessible.

In practice, that includes:

  • creating a grounded space
  • guiding Yoga Nidra and inquiry
  • listening beneath the surface
  • asking the right question at the right moment
  • recognizing patterns, themes, and openings
  • offering intuitive guidance when it genuinely serves the process
  • helping you integrate what becomes clear

This is a shared process. I guide, hold the space, and support clarity. You bring honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to stay with what is true.

The work moves at a human pace. It invites depth, gentleness, and deeper contact with yourself.
