1. Scope

These Terms apply to paid Simply Yoga services offered by One Life in Love, including Simply Yoga Drop-ins, the Simply Yoga Monthly Membership, associated live online practices, recordings where included, access to the private Simply Yoga Telegram group, and Shared Satsang where included.

An individual offer may contain additional specific information about the purchased service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Provider

3. Simply Yoga

Simply Yoga is a recurring online yoga practice offered through One Life in Love. Its current core format includes a weekly live online practice of approximately 60 minutes per regular session, the private Simply Yoga Telegram group, recordings where the offer states that they are included, and Shared Satsang on the first Sunday of the month where included in the purchased access.

Schedules may occasionally change. The current schedule published by One Life in Love for the relevant practice or purchase applies.

4. Simply Yoga Drop-in

A Simply Yoga Drop-in currently costs €12 and is associated with one specified Sunday practice. A purchase made from Monday through Saturday normally applies to the upcoming Sunday; a purchase made on Sunday applies to that same Sunday.

The Drop-in includes that live practice, a recording where available, temporary access to the private Simply Yoga Telegram group, and Shared Satsang when the selected Sunday is the first Sunday of the month.

Temporary access currently continues until 20:00 Europe/Berlin on the Monday following the selected Sunday. Any cancellation, non-attendance, credit, or refund arrangement remains subject to the statutory withdrawal right and other mandatory consumer rights.

5. Simply Yoga Monthly Membership

The Simply Yoga Monthly Membership currently costs €40 per month. The applicable monthly price is shown before purchase.

While the Membership is active, it includes all regular weekly Simply Yoga practices, recordings where included, ongoing private Telegram group access, questions, reflections and exchange in the group, and the monthly Shared Satsang.

The Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Stripe automatically charges the payment method associated with the subscription. There is currently no separate long minimum term beyond the current paid billing period.

6. Membership cancellation

The Membership may be cancelled at any time. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, no further monthly renewal is charged after the cancellation becomes effective, and access remains available through the already-paid period.

Cancellation does not normally create a retroactive refund for a billing period that has already begun, subject to statutory rights. Statutory extraordinary termination rights remain unaffected.

The Stripe Customer Portal is one available method for cancelling the Membership, updating payment methods, and viewing billing information. It is not the only legally permitted way to communicate a cancellation; customers may also contact One Life in Love directly.

7. Automatic renewal and failed payments

Unless cancelled, the Monthly Membership renews automatically. When a renewal payment succeeds, the new billing period is paid and access continues automatically.

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. Access remains available only through the last successfully paid-through period; a failed payment does not create indefinite access. If payment later succeeds, access may be restored.

8. Payments through Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe. The accepted payment methods are those presented by Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase. One Life in Love does not store complete card details.

Where enabled and applicable, Stripe may send payment confirmations, invoices, receipts, and recurring billing notices.

9. Contract formation

The customer normally:

1. chooses a Simply Yoga Drop-in or Monthly Membership through the One Life in Love Telegram bot or another provided purchase entry point;
2. is directed to Stripe Checkout;
3. reviews the price and relevant purchase information;
4. completes Stripe Checkout; and
5. receives access after successful payment confirmation.

Subject to the exact technical checkout process, the contract is formed when the payment and order process is successfully completed and accepted. No separate manual order-acceptance process is intended.

10. Telegram access

Simply Yoga is currently delivered partly through Telegram. A Telegram account is therefore required for the private Simply Yoga group, Membership communication, private access invitations, and some practice-related materials or functions. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their own Telegram account and compatible device.

After successful payment, the system may send a personal one-use invitation. The invitation follows the corresponding paid access period and does not determine or extend that period. If an invitation is lost, expires, or has already been used, a customer with valid active access may request a new invitation through the bot.

Telegram is a third-party platform and its infrastructure is not controlled by One Life in Love.

11. Recordings

Where a recording is stated as included, it is provided for the participant’s personal use and may be streamed or downloaded according to the offered delivery method. It must not be commercially redistributed, resold, publicly uploaded, or systematically shared with third parties without permission.

Recording availability may be limited to the applicable product or access period unless expressly stated otherwise. A recording legitimately downloaded during that period may be retained for personal use after access ends.

12. Intellectual property

One Life in Love materials, recordings, written content, practice material, graphics, and original program materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right to use the included materials for private purposes. Normal private notes and personal practice are permitted.

13. Practice participation and health

Simply Yoga is a yoga and contemplative practice offering. It is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency healthcare. Participants are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for them.

Participants should practice within their own physical limits, stop movements or practices that cause pain or concerning symptoms, and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate—particularly where health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other limitations may affect safe participation.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

14. Technical requirements and interruptions

Participation requires a suitable internet connection, a compatible device, Telegram access where required, and access to the live-session platform used for the practice.

Subject to mandatory legal rights, One Life in Love is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by the participant’s own equipment, internet connection, Telegram account, or unrelated third-party outages. This does not exclude responsibility for One Life in Love’s own contractual failures.

15. Schedule changes and provider cancellations

Occasional schedule changes may occur because of illness, technical issues, travel, or circumstances outside reasonable control. If One Life in Love must cancel a scheduled Simply Yoga session, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement session, alternative practice, credit, or refund where appropriate.

If a specifically purchased Drop-in cannot be provided and no agreed equivalent is offered, an appropriate refund or credit will be provided, subject to the customer’s statutory rights.

16. Participant no-shows

A participant who chooses not to attend a scheduled live session does not automatically receive a refund solely because of non-attendance. Any included recording remains available according to the purchased offer. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected, and provider cancellations are governed separately above.

17. Conduct in Telegram community spaces

Private group access is intended to provide a respectful environment for practice and exchange. Participants must not harass others, deliberately disrupt sessions or community spaces, share another member’s private information without permission, or distribute private group content outside the group without permission.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in proportionate removal from community spaces. Any consequences for paid access will be considered in light of the seriousness of the conduct and the participant’s contractual and statutory rights; removal does not automatically forfeit those rights.

18. Liability

One Life in Love remains liable without limitation where required by law, particularly for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and liability under mandatory statutory provisions.

For ordinary negligence, any legally permissible limitation does not apply where an essential contractual obligation has been breached; in that case, liability is limited only to damage that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

19. Consumer right of withdrawal

A consumer entering a distance contract generally has a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period generally begins when the contract is concluded, subject to the statutory rules and proper information.

If the consumer expressly requests that a paid service begin during the withdrawal period, exercising the right after performance has begun may require payment of an appropriate proportion for services already provided where the statutory conditions are met. Starting the service does not by itself automatically eliminate the right of withdrawal.

20. Changes to the offering

Reasonable changes may be made to the schedule, delivery platform, or minor operational details where the essential nature of the purchased service is preserved. One Life in Love does not reserve an unlimited right to materially change the purchased service or price.

An existing Membership subscription price will not be changed without the notice, agreement, or other basis required by law and the contract. The price recorded for the existing Stripe subscription applies unless it is validly changed.

21. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated where necessary because of changes to the services, legal requirements, or technical systems. Changes do not retroactively remove statutory or contractual rights already acquired. Material changes affecting ongoing customers will be communicated appropriately where required.

22. Governing law

German law applies. For consumers residing outside Germany, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of their habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.

23. Severability

If an individual provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, this does not automatically affect the remaining provisions, subject to applicable law.
