A guided process for rest, inquiry, and reflection.

Room for Clarity

Sometimes all it takes is deep rest, a few good questions, and an honest conversation.

You are allowed to stop and listen.

Our life can feel unsettling at times. We’ve all been there, and we may all return there again.

Times of transition · letting go of an old version of ourselves, or embracing and rediscovering long-forgotten parts of who we are · can be some of the most unsettling, but also some of the most rewarding times in our lives.

As if navigating these times alone weren’t hard enough already, the world around us may make it even harder.

Especially in these noisy times, we get so much crap from the outside.

We should be like this.
Live like this.
Become better at this.
The list is endless...

But after all, the answers to how we want to live lie in the privacy of our own heart.

It is time to make your own decisions again.

I can accompany you for a little while as you do.

Three doors to explore.

Soul

What do I truly want from life?

An inquiry into desire, longing, meaning, and what genuinely matters to you beneath expectation and obligation.

Mind

Who am I right now?

An inquiry into identity, beliefs, choices, contradictions, and the person you find yourself being at this point in your life.

Body

What has shaped the way I live today?

An inquiry into conditioning, patterns, roles, experiences, and the ways the past may still be present in how you move through life today.

Choose the door that feels most relevant to you right now. There is no required order, and no expectation to explore all three.

A space, with a clear rhythm

  1. Arrive

Get to know each other · 30 min

Before the inquiry begins, we meet. You get a feeling for me and the way I work, and I get a feeling for you, what is bringing you here, and what you want to look at. Together, we begin to see which direction of inquiry may be most relevant.

  2. Rest + Inquire

    Deep rest + inquiry · 90 min

We begin with Yoga Nidra · a practice of conscious rest that creates space to settle and listen. From there, we move into a set of inquiry questions for the aspect we have chosen to explore.

  3. Stay With It

    One week

For the following week, you return to the same questions in your own time. You can journal, notice what appears in everyday life, and allow the inquiry to unfold without needing to force a conclusion.

  4. Integrate

    Conversation · 60 min

We meet again with what you noticed. We listen, reflect, question, and look from different angles at what became clearer during the week.

Arrive. Rest. Inquire. Stay with it. Return. Reflect.

WHAT WE WORK TOWARD

A Positive Outlook

From greater clarity, curiosity can arise. Together, we explore the possibilities and decisions that may help you move forward in greater alignment with yourself. Not by ignoring life's difficulties, but with the courage and positive conviction that you can find your own way.

Explore the method behind Room for Clarity.

Each element of the Method serves a different purpose. Together, they create a room in which clarity becomes a possibility.

Yoga Nidra

Rest. Awareness. Imagination.

Rooted in yogic traditions, Yoga Nidra invites deep rest while maintaining awareness. It supports relaxation and nervous-system regulation, allowing the mind to settle and creating space for inner awareness, imagery, and imagination.

Inquiry

Question. Explore. Discover.

The questions we ask shape how we understand ourselves and the world. Through inquiry, we explore our desires, beliefs, and experiences · not to find predetermined answers, but to discover our own perspectives.

Journaling & Observation

Notice. Reflect. Revisit.

Some questions need time. Spending a week with them allows us to observe our thoughts, feelings, and experiences in everyday life. Journaling offers space to revisit what emerges without rushing toward conclusions.

Mirror & Witness

Be heard. Explore perspectives. Find your own understanding.

As a witness, I offer an attentive, non-judgmental presence. As a mirror, I reflect what I hear, ask questions, and offer perspectives that may reveal new connections.

What this is — and what it is not

What it is

  • a structured space for self-inquiry
  • Yoga Nidra followed by reflective questions
  • time to journal and notice
  • a conversation for integration
  • an opportunity to look at one aspect of life more honestly

What it is not

  • therapy
  • advice about how you should live
  • coaching toward a predetermined outcome
  • a method for fixing your whole life
  • a guarantee of transformation

You remain the authority on your own life.

MY ROLE

I am not here to give you the answer.

My role is to create a quiet structure for the inquiry, listen closely to what you bring, reflect what I hear, ask where something may deserve another look, and help open perspectives.

You decide what is true, what matters, and what · if anything · you want to do with what you discover.

The work remains yours. You just do not have to do it entirely alone.

Sometimes something simply wants a closer look.

  • a decision you keep circling around
  • a desire you have difficulty admitting
  • a pattern you keep noticing
  • a transition that has changed how you see yourself
  • a tension between what you want and how you currently live
  • a role or expectation that no longer feels quite true
  • a question about who you are becoming
  • a curiosity about yourself you would like to explore
  • a belief you have never really questioned
  • something you cannot quite name yet, but keep returning to
