Simply Yoga
Yoga, not as performance. As a way of listening.
A weekly live practice to reconnect with your body, notice what is here, and meet yourself through movement, breath, and awareness.
Sundays · 9:00 AM UTC · 60–90 min
The Practice
A practice of coming back into contact with yourself
Aspects of yoga philosophy, traditional practices, asanas, techniques, and their effects will naturally appear throughout the sessions.
But that is not what Simply Yoga is mainly about.
The practice is about reconnecting with what is true for you. Learning to notice sensation. Learning to observe and hold emotion. Becoming more sensitive to the signals that are already there.
Practice dimensions
Movement
Not to achieve a shape, but to notice how you move, where you resist, and what your body is communicating.
Breath
A way of returning attention to something immediate, alive, and already happening.
Awareness
Learning to observe sensation, emotion, thought, effort, and reaction without immediately needing to change them.
Stillness
Creating enough space to actually hear what is underneath the noise.
You do not need to arrive in any particular way.
You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to be calm. You do not need previous yoga experience.
You arrive with whatever is there that Sunday.
Some practices will be more physical. Others slower. There may be breathwork, traditional yogic techniques, periods of observation, or stillness.
Sometimes we may stay with one movement for a while. Sometimes we may explore something unfamiliar. Sometimes the most interesting part of the practice is simply noticing what happens.
But whatever we do, there is always room for playfulness.
You can use yoga to get better at being yourself.
