On One Life in Love

Love · One Life in Love · Truth

For much of my life, I thought I was searching. But perhaps I was following a calling: to understand what it means to be human, to live from love, and to find what is true without leaving life behind.

Living from Truth, Freedom, and Love

I came to understand liberation as something deeply human. Liberated from false beliefs, from conditioning, and from the expectations of others, we come closer to ourselves. Free. Not free of pain, but free of suffering.

How do we liberate ourselves? By remembering our own truth and creating a life from there. By taking part in life without betraying what is true within us.

Why do I call it One Life in Love and not One Life in Peace or One Life in Truth?

Because love is the root. Fear is the opposing force, the movement that separates us from life, from others, and from ourselves. From fear come hatred, envy, control, and separation. From love come peace, trust, and the courage to meet what is true.

Truth has to be found in each of our hearts. But there is no universal truth in the form of a blueprint for our lives. Even what we call good and bad, right and wrong, is often shaped by the belief systems we live inside, or more simply, by the side we have picked. To find truth, we have to learn to leave the sides and inquire into ourselves. But we must be cautious. What we find can only be trusted as truth if it is free from hatred, envy, fear, and opportunism. Otherwise, it remains another illusion. Truth has to be found from a place of love.

Hence One Life in Love.

Not because the heart always leads us to an easy life, but because it leads us closer to a true one.

I never wanted to give my own discernment away. I wanted to remain a student of life. I listened to words, teachings, and traditions, and checked for myself whether I could find truth in them. I took what was mine. The rest I left for others.

It feels like I came full circle. Sometimes I ask myself: what was the use of all of this? Yet, in truth, I know. It was to remember what was always there, always inside of me. I had simply forgotten it.

From here, I created One Life in Love. It is my way of offering back what life has given me, shaped by what I have lived, received, questioned, and remembered.

This path has shaped the way I guide. Not by telling you what is true, but by holding a space in which you can find what is true within yourself.
